Scope of Application

This promotional program applies to the first 100 participants who fully and validly complete the AgentBase product survey in accordance with the requirements set by GreenNode (formerly known as VNG Cloud).

Program Period

• Survey participation and completion deadline: before 00:00 (UTC+7) on January 5, 2026.

• Surveys completed after this time will not be eligible for the incentive.

Benefits

• Each eligible survey participant will receive credits worth VND 500,000.

• Credits can be used for all products and services currently available on the GreenNode portal at: 
  https://dashboard.console.vngcloud.vn

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the credit reward, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

• Complete all required survey questions accurately and truthfully.

• Use a company or organization email address when submitting the survey. Personal email addresses (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com) are not eligible.

• Have a valid account on the GreenNode portal:

Credit Usage Terms

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

• Credits must be used in accordance with GreenNode’s service usage policies.

• Each account is eligible to receive the reward only once during the program.

• By participating in the survey, participants agree to all applicable terms and conditions published on the GreenNode and VNG Cloud websites.

General Terms

• GreenNode reserves the right to deny rewards in cases of fraud, invalid information, or failure to meet program requirements. 
  GreenNode’s decision shall be final.

• GreenNode reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time if necessary, without prior notice.
