GreenNode is continuously evolving to enhance user experience, improve performance, and simplify cloud AI infrastructure management. This February, we’re introducing key updates that bring more transparency, flexibility, and efficiency to our platform. Let’s explore what’s new!
1. New Pricing Mechanism for Multi-Node and Single-Node Instances
We’ve updated our pricing structure to better align with performance requirements and infrastructure costs:
- $2.99 per GPU for instances with fewer than 8 GPUs.
- $3.59 per GPU for instances with 9 GPUs or more, as these instances require an InfiniBand Network for optimal performance. This is auto-supported on the GreenNode AI Platform, making it more convenient for you - no need to contact Tech Support to set up a multi-node instance.
This new pricing model ensures fair and transparent costs based on your computing needs.
2. Network Volume Usage – More Visibility & Control
Managing your storage resources is now easier with our new Network Volume Usage feature. Users can now:
- View real-time network volume usage (Total Size/Used Size) for better resource allocation.
- Access a directory tree structure to navigate files efficiently.
This enhancement provides deeper insights into storage utilization, helping you optimize space and manage workloads effectively.
3. Prepaid Billing – Greater Control Over Your Budget
To provide more flexibility and control over expenses, we have revamped our billing and payment system. The new Prepaid Billing Model allows users to:
- Deposit credits into their GreenNode account via Stripe before usage.
- Automatically deduct service fees from the credit balance.
- Suspend services if the account balance is insufficient to prevent unexpected charges.
- Track payment history for deposits, service usage, and transactions.

4. Feature Removal: Model Training
In our effort to streamline platform offerings and focus on core functionalities, we have decided to remove the Model Training feature. This change allows us to enhance other key AI infrastructure components, ensuring users get the best performance and support for their AI workloads.
