Disclosure of AI Use Across Our Communication Channels
GreenNode does not label individual posts or pieces of content as AI-generated or AI-assisted, except where otherwise required by law. This page serves as an ongoing public disclosure that AI may be used to support the content creation process across all of GreenNode’s official communication channels.
In certain cases, written content may be assisted by AI tools for purposes such as correcting spelling and grammar, summarizing, rephrasing, or translation, without altering the fundamental meaning or intended message of the original content.
GreenNode remains committed to reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for all content published across our communication channels. Readers may refer to this page at any time to understand how we use AI responsibly and the editorial standards we are committed to upholding.
What GreenNode Does Not Do with AI
GreenNode does not use AI to create or distribute deceptive or misleading content. Specifically, we do not use AI in our communications to impersonate or simulate real people, their appearance, voice, identity, or real-world events (deepfakes).
We also do not publish content for which GreenNode cannot take responsibility or does not have sufficient grounds to verify.
Standards for Partners and Service Providers
GreenNode requires all production partners, creative agencies, and service providers to be transparent about their use of AI in content created for GreenNode.
Whether content is produced by external partners or by our internal teams, GreenNode retains ultimate responsibility for ensuring that all published content meets applicable legal, ethical, and quality standards.
This notice is issued in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Artificial Intelligence (Law No. 134/2025/QH15), effective from March 1, 2026, and will be updated as new guidance is issued by the relevant authorities.
