As a current GreenNode or VNG Cloud customer, do I need to make any changes to my system?

No. You can continue using your existing accounts, contracts, and payment channels as usual. If there are any technical updates in the future, such as login domains or payment gateways, GreenNode team will notify you at least 30 days in advance and provide clear step-by-step guidance.

Will login portal or payment gateway change?

For customers currently using the vngcloud.vn portal, you may continue logging in through vngcloud.vn as usual.
For customers using the greennode.ai portal, you may continue accessing greennode.ai as normal.

We will notify all customers in advance if there are updates to portal access.

Support for former VNG Cloud products is now managed by the GreenNode Support Team.
