AgentBase Alpha Program Policy

1. Program overview

GreenNode’s AgentBase Alpha Program offers exclusive early access to 20 selected enterprises. Participants will have the opportunity to explore, pilot, and contribute direct feedback to the development of the AgentBase platform prior to its official launch.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Alpha Program, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Register using a corporate email address or be actively conducting a project of a corporate nature.
  • Have a clearly defined and specific intended use case that is aligned with the features of the AgentBase platform.
  • Commit to actively using the platform and providing feedback throughout the Alpha phase as required by GreenNode.

 

3. Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Slot Allocation

The Alpha Program offers a total of 20 gift slots for 20 qualifying enterprises. Selection is based on a first-come, first-qualified basis. The final decision to approve an enterprise for an Alpha Program gift slot rests solely at GreenNode’s discretion.

Article 2. Agent Usage Limits

Each approved account is permitted to deploy and operate a maximum of 50 agents (hereinafter referred to as the “limit”) on the AgentBase platform during the Alpha phase. Exceeding this limit is not permitted without prior written approval from GreenNode.

Article 3. Validity Period & Termination

This agreement takes effect from the date the applicant is approved into the Alpha Program and automatically terminates on 31/05/2026, or earlier once the full 20-participant quota has been reached.

GreenNode reserves the right to revoke access for any participant at any time in the event of a violation of the usage policy or misuse of the service.

Article 4. Confidentiality

Both parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all information relating to the terms and conditions of this agreement. By completing the registration process, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to GreenNode’s Beta Test Service Agreement (https://vngcloud.vn/beta-test-agreement).

Article 5. Feedback Obligations

Participants are responsible for actively using the AgentBase platform and submitting feedback as required by GreenNode throughout the Alpha phase. Feedback methods include, but are not limited to: structured surveys, bug reports, and participation in periodic review sessions with the GreenNode team.

Article 6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Alpha version of AgentBase is provided “as-is” for testing and evaluation purposes only. GreenNode makes no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the stability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform during this phase.

Article 7. Non-Assignment

The rights and obligations arising from this agreement may not be assigned or transferred to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

4. Registration & Verification Process

Submit Application

Complete the Alpha Program registration form at greennode.ai/product/agentbase. Please provide complete information about your organization and your intended use of AgentBase.

STEP 2

Contact & Review

GreenNode will reach out to confirm receipt of your application. Response time may vary depending on the volume of applications received.

STEP 3

Project Verification

The GreenNode team will evaluate your project against the eligibility criteria. Applicants may be asked to provide additional documentation or participate in a brief interview.

STEP 4

Onboarding & Access Provisioning

Approved applicants will receive onboarding instructions and login credentials. Access will remain active for the full duration of the Alpha program.
