3. Key Terminology

• vDB: A Fully Managed Database service by GreenNode, enabling businesses to deploy, operate, and scale databases without the overhead of self-managing infrastructure.
• vServer: A virtual server service on the GreenNode Cloud platform, providing compute resources for applications and systems.
• High Availability (HA) Configuration: A setup that ensures maximum database uptime, minimizes downtime, and guarantees business continuity.

4. Scope

Applicable nationwide.

5. Program Duration

The program runs for 03 (three) months, from May 4, 2026, to August 4, 2026, or until any termination condition specified in Section 10 is met, whichever comes first.

6. Eligible Services

Applicable Service:

• vDB (GreenNode Managed Database)

  The program does not apply to any other GreenNode services.

7. Target Audience

Enterprise customers meeting all criteria in one of the following three groups:

• Group 1 – Existing vServer customers new to vDB:
  • Currently using vServer on GreenNode Cloud;
  • Have never deployed vDB;
  • Activate and deploy vDB during the program period.
• Group 2 – vDB Non-HA customers upgrading to HA:
  • Currently using vDB on GreenNode Cloud;
  • Not currently using HA configuration;
  • Upgrade to PostgreSQL HA Cluster during the program period.
• Group 3 – New vServer & vDB customers:
  • Register and activate both vServer and vDB on GreenNode Cloud during the program period.

9. Activation & Redemption Process

Customers register and agree to the Program Terms and Conditions.

GreenNode will verify information and eligibility within 03 (three) working days of registration.

Upon successful verification, customers will receive a confirmation email.

Distribution Method:

1. Prepaid Customers: Incentive budget will be credited to the PoC Wallet (Proof of Concept Wallet) for vDB usage.
2. Postpaid Customers: Incentive value will be credited to the Actual Wallet and deducted from vDB service charges at the end of the billing cycle.

Activation Deadline: Maximum 01 month from the confirmation email date. Beyond this, the offer becomes void.

Post-Trial: After 90 days, customers must transition to a paid plan based on GreenNode’s public pricing to continue service.

10. Termination Conditions

The program ends when ONE of the following occurs:

• 30 trial activations are reached.
• The total program budget is exhausted (Total Budget: 617,255,700 VND).
• The 90-day period from the successful registration of each customer account expires.

11. Terms and Conditions

• Applies only to eligible customers defined in Section 7.
• Limited to one (1) incentive package per customer for the duration of the program.
• The program is limited to the first 30 customers who successfully register and activate the service
• The incentive has no cash value and is non-refundable.
• Not combinable with other GreenNode promotions.
• Excess Usage Responsibility: If actual usage exceeds the incentive value (20,575,170 VND), the customer is responsible for paying the difference at GreenNode’s public rates.

Disclaimer & Terms of Use

• Provision of Resources: All environments and resources allocated under this Program (Credits/POC Wallet) are provided entirely free of charge, intended solely for testing, feature evaluation, and assessing service suitability for the Customer's needs. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that these resources are provided on an "As-is" basis.
• No Warranties: GreenNode makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the continuity, error-free operation, merchantability, or fitness of the service for a specific purpose.
• Limitation of Liability: GreenNode shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, costs, or damages (including but not limited to: service interruptions, data loss or leakage, hardware failure, or any indirect or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with the use of this testing environment, regardless of whether caused by technical issues, system downtime, or GreenNode's negligence.
• Customer Responsibility: The Customer assumes full responsibility for all decisions regarding technical selection, integration, or connectivity, including but not limited to the integration of this trial environment with the Customer's live production systems during the testing phase.
• Right to Terminate: GreenNode reserves the right to refuse or terminate the incentive if any signs of fraud, exploitation of the program, or use of the service for prohibited or unlawful activities are detected.
• Program Adjustments: GreenNode reserves the right to adjust or terminate the program prematurely if the allocated budget is exhausted or in cases of force majeure.
• Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, the decision made by GreenNode shall be final and binding.
