Sovereign AI Cloud
for enterprises operating in
Vietnam

True sovereignty is more than
where your data resides.

  • SStorage Residency
  • OOperator Independence
  • VVerifiable Auditability

Sovereignty by design
built for Vietnam

GreenNode delivers verifiable control over data location,
jurisdiction, operations, and infrastructure access.

Data residency
in Vietnam

Store data in GreenNode data centers across Hanoi (HAN-01, HAN-02) and Ho Chi Minh City (HCM-01, HCM-02, HCM-03), within the agreed geographic boundary.

Legal jurisdiction
in Vietnam

GreenNode, a member of VNG Group, is a Vietnam-based legal entity. Its domestic infrastructure is governed solely by Vietnamese law.

Operations
in Vietnam

Serving more than 1,000 enterprises in Vietnam across the BFSI, retail, and technology sectors, with a 24/7 technical support team based in Vietnam.

Enterprise-controlled
access

Enterprises retain control over configurations, permissions, and operations through a private self-service console, with transparent resource monitoring and access logs.

Sovereign AI Cloud
meets your business needs

GreenNode’s sovereign AI cloud empowers enterprises to meet their data
and AI sovereignty requirements with confidence.
Isolate environments and
control traffic

Segment workloads using VPCs and subnets, with private connectivity via Private Endpoints, site-to-site VPN, or Interconnect. Run AI agents in private mode to reduce public-internet exposure.

Centralize access and
operations

Manage identities and granular permissions by user, team, or system. Configure and monitor services through GreenNode Portal, vMonitor, and Global View.

Operate on
certified infrastructure

Infrastructure is aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, and PCI DSS. Data centers meet Tier III, TIA-942 Rated-3, and LEED Gold standards.

Compliance & security
you can verify

Our certifications and independent reports give enterprises a stronger basis
for evaluating our security controls, operating processes, and service scope.

Frequently asked questions

Sovereign AI Cloud is cloud infrastructure for running data and AI workloads where storage, compute, operations, and legal jurisdiction all stay within one country. With GreenNode, data is stored in Vietnam, the operator is a Vietnamese legal entity, and enterprises control access to their own environments.

Data sovereignty is about which laws govern your data. Cloud sovereignty is about who controls the infrastructure. Sovereign AI covers both, and also includes control over AI models, training, and inference. A Sovereign AI Cloud brings all three layers under one jurisdiction.

GreenNode's in-country infrastructure helps enterprises meet data localization and data protection requirements under Vietnam's Cybersecurity Law, Decree 333/2026/NĐ-CP, the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Data Law. Your legal team still decides the final compliance approach.

No. Any organization with sensitive or regulated data can benefit, including banks, insurers, fintechs, retailers, healthcare providers, and enterprises building internal AI. GreenNode serves more than 1,000 enterprises in Vietnam across BFSI, retail, and technology.

GreenNode is built on open standards such as Kubernetes (VKS), PostgreSQL, MySQL, Kafka, and S3-compatible object storage, so workloads stay portable. Enterprises own their data, models, and configurations, and can connect to on-premise or other clouds through VPN or Interconnect.

Data center location is only part of the picture. The legal entity operating those platforms is still a U.S. company, which means it can remain subject to extraterritorial laws such as the CLOUD Act - U.S. law enforcement can request access to data regardless of where it physically resides. GreenNode is a Vietnam-operating legal entity, which limits this kind of jurisdictional conflict at the architectural level from the start.

No infrastructure provider can guarantee compliance on a business's behalf - compliance responsibility always rests with your Legal/DPO team. What GreenNode provides are technical control layers (encryption, access control, audit logs, etc.) that help your team implement and demonstrate compliance in practice.

Not necessarily. Data sovereignty doesn't mean data can never move. Cross-border data flows need to be governed by clear policy and technical controls (not contractual commitments alone), along with an impact assessment (cross-border DPIA) before implementation.

Designing for sovereignty correctly from the start is often more cost-effective in the long run, since it avoids the costs of moving workloads back later (cloud repatriation) if the regulatory framework evolves faster than the existing infrastructure can accommodate.

The role of an IaaS/GPU provider differs from that of a managed AI platform or AI-as-a-Service provider. Not every GPU provider automatically bears the full obligations of an AI system provider, but once you deploy actual AI workloads, the division of responsibility between the two parties should be clarified upfront, not after an incident occurs.
